With the newesy season just passing, I think it's a good idea to review all the stuff we've learned from our favorite girl from the cartoon and from various fanart and fanfiction.
I've started the list, but feel free to correct me if something needs to be added or changed. For now, though, I present to you...
The Tootie Database!****
Introduced in "The Fairy Flu"; reintroduced in "Boy Toy".
Voiced by:
Amber Wood ("The Fairy Flu")
Grey Delisle (all other episodes)
She has braces, similar to that of a younger Tootie from the sitcom "The Facts of Life."
Has no known real name or last name, although it is rumored to be "Carper."
Although not visible in the cartoon, her eye color is assumed to be purple or blue (sometimes green).
Rumored to have had fairy godparents in the past.
